Be prepared for winter risks - Testing Business Continuity Plans is often a rainy-day job that gets left too late, and then when you need it most, it may not work as well as you had expected. As we move into the winter cycle, resourcing risks change as more employees may become sick. For some agencies, the winter period can also affect demand for services (such as health and human services agencies).
